All sites are full hookup with electric, water, sewer and gigabit wifi.  Site rates vary from $40-$45* depending on size and amenities.  Monthly rates are available on request.  Community fire pits & picnic tables are available in several areas of the park.  Individual fire pits are allowed in sites where space is sufficient to ensure safety.  Crystal clear Spring Branch Creek flows year round through the park for swimming, wading, lounging, fishing, … and our boat ramp provides PWC access to the 50 square miles of Lake Of The Ozarks. For larger vessels the state maintained public access boat ramps are less than ¼ mile away. A full-size ball field is available for pick-up games or scheduled events. Hiking and mountain biking in our wilderness area are allowed but no motorized vehicles north of the creek, please.

Pets are always welcome at our park but owners must maintain control of their animals at all times. All pets must be tethered or on a leash.

Nightly rates include electric charges. Longer term stays require a $100 deposit on electric billed monthly at 15 cents per kwh. Call 573-505-8766 or submit the Reservation Request for a quote.

*On stays of less than 31 days add Missouri sales tax (7.225%) and Tri-County Lodging tax (3%).

Starting immediately we're lowering our prices on our monthly site rentals to $450 or $425 per month depending on the size and location of the site.  These sites are open year round with full hookups; electric*, water, sewer and wifi.  Add to that our $25 discount for veterans, active military, law enforcement, first responders, and anyone else who contributes to the greater good of America.
* Electric is metered at .15/kwh.
